A Culinary Journey by Chef Aki
Chef Aki has carefully curated an 8-course tasting menu that reflects the soul of traditional Japanese cooking. Each dish emphasizes seasonality, craftsmanship, and subtlety—offering a refined dining experience rooted in balance and precision.
Featuring the Newly Released Rock & Soil Wines
We are proud to feature the newly launched Rock & Soil Reserve line from Pete’s Mountain Vineyard on this evening’s menu:
- 2022 Rock & Soil Reserve Pinot Noir
Bright cherry, wild sage, and rose hips with a soft chamomile finish. - 2023 Rock & Soil Reserve Chardonnay
Citrus, white flower, and tropical zest with a silky, oak-aged body.
It is a privilege to feature these remarkable new vintages as part of our wine selection. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Mike Thayer and the Pete’s Mountain team for their continued generosity and support.
